CNC Setter Operator (Full Time, 37.5 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a skilled CNC setter-operator to expand our manufacturing team, working with a new multi-axis lathe.
Join a CNC machining and assembly company established for over 30 years and located in the heart of the North Wales aerospace industry in Deeside.
Responsibilities
• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Maintaining CNC machines
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Inspecting parts using standard inspection tools
• Programming desirable but training can be provided for an enthusiastic recruit
Skills & Experience
Tarvin Precision is AS9100 certified, so the successful candidates will be detail-oriented, used to working with tight tolerances, and be adaptable to working with new systems.
• CNC machining experience
• Lathe and Fanuc experience essential
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Understanding of working with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
Typical working hours: 37.5 hour working week
Hourly rate: £16-18 (subject to candidate’s experience)
Job Type: Full-time
