We offer extensive in-house capabilities, from design support and CAD/CAM through to complex multi-axis machining, fine grinding, metrology and assembly. By beginning partnerships early, we can support you from concept, reverse engineering or full design-for-manufacture (DFM), all the way through to production launch.

Our design advice and hands-on engineering expertise minimises iteration and maximises manufacturable efficiency. Furthermore, we harbour a mature supply chain for advanced finishing processes such as spark erosion and anodising, with our technicians able to field any technical questions regarding these processes. 

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround and responsive scheduling, with rapid prototyping and delivery available for urgent cases. At Tarvin Precision, we utilise real‑time data via E-Max ERP, giving us live visibility across materials, workflows and schedules. This enables us to adjust, respond and deliver on time, every time.
