  • MRP & ERP – fully systemised operation ensures reliability and speed
  • CAD/CAM. Full suite of SolidWorks and Feature CAM packages

 Development of Additive Manufacture Parts

If you need to develop a component using additive manufacture, whether it is from scratch or evolution of an existing part, it is essential that it is designed so that it can be machined as effectively as possible. Sometimes , small changes to the design of the component can make a huge difference to the final cost and outcome. Although we do not manufacture additive parts in-house , we work very closely with suppliers to help ensure the best possible outcome.

We have considerable experience in finishing components that have been produced using additive processes, including:

  • Surface finishes
  • Improved tolerances
  • Intricate detail
  • Input in design for manufacture
  • Sourcing support for additive manufactured parts
